Second-Chance Drawing Prize

The Trip Prize is a four-day (4), three-night (3) trip for the Trip Prize Winner and one (1) guest (attended concurrently with twenty-nine (29) other winners and their guests) to Los Angeles, California, and the surrounding area. Two (2) identical trips will occur. The first thirty (30) Trip Prize Winners (Draws 1 – 3), each with one (1) guest, will attend the first trip currently anticipated to be on March 25 - 28, 2022. The next thirty (30) Trip Prize Winners (Draws 4 - 6), each with one (1) guest, will attend the second event currently anticipated to be on March - 10 - 13, 2023. Each Trip Prize includes:

• Round-trip economy class airfare for up to two (2) people from an international airport, within the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), to Los Angeles International Airport in Los Angeles, CA (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);

​​

• Round-trip ground transportation provided from the winner’s home to the international airport of origin;

​​

• All ground transport in Los Angeles to and from scheduled activities and the airport;

 

• Three (3) nights at a four-star (4) or better hotel stay in the metropolitan Los Angeles area, double occupancy, with breakfast and room tax only included;

​​

• A concierge team will produce the experience and will be dedicated to facilitating the Trip Prize for the winners and guests;

​​

• Wardrobe stylists shall provide appropriate event attire to winners and guests that they may keep;

​​

• Hair stylists and makeup stylists shall provide services to help winners and guests prepare for the Viewing Party;

​​

• One (1) dinner Friday evening at a highly-rated restaurant for winners and guests;

 

• Lunch provided Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for winners and guests;

​​

• One (1) dinner Saturday evening provided by and including interaction with a celebrity chef;

​​

• Private dance lesson for winners and guests with professional dancers;

​​

• Sunday: Tickets to an exclusive Academy Awards Viewing Party and after party for winners and guests, including dinner;

​​

• Monogrammed Tumi luggage to be provided prior to departure date of the Trip Prize (one (1) bag for each winner and guest);

​​

• The Trip Prize Winner will be provided the opportunity to appoint a proxy or a proxy shall be appointed. Proxy rules are outlined below:

  • Any Trip Prize Winner may designate a proxy who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Such designation must be made to Imagine Experience, in writing and must be notarized, not less than twenty (20) weeks prior to the TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Promotion;

  • If the Trip Prize Winner elects to appoint his or her own proxy, that proxy cannot be modified or changed by the prize winner. If the proxy appointed by the prize winner is revoked or unable to serve, for any reason whatsoever, a substitute proxy shall be appointed by Scientific Games;

 

• Trip Prize Winners shall be required to comply with the Department of Homeland Security’s REAL ID program and all other programs to attend the event. For more information, please see: https://www.dhs.gov/real-id;

• Trip Prize Winners will be mailed the official, detailed rules of the TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Promotion prior to their departure;

​​

• A player may not win more than one (1) Trip Prize per TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Trip Prize Drawing. Any Trip Prize Winner who wins more than one (1) Trip Prize may either claim one (1) or more of the additional Trip Prize(s) won (and thereby be responsible for all taxes on all Trip Prizes claimed) or decline to claim any of the additional Trip Prizes. Each Trip Prize the Trip Prize Winner does not claim shall be awarded to an alternate, and the alternate shall be responsible for all taxes on that Trip Prize.
