DRAWING INFORMATION

The TLC shall conduct a total of six (6) TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Promotional Second-Chance Trip Prize Drawings. A total of ten (10) Trip Prize Winners will be selected per drawing for a total of sixty (60) Trip Prize Winners. Trip Prize Drawings to be conducted by Scientific Games (SGI) for a chance to win one (1) of sixty (60) Trip Prizes.
Players shall receive one (1) entry per non-winning Game #2293 CASH CELEBRATION! ticket entered. The standard eligibility criteria and parameters regarding entries, as determined by the TLC, shall apply. The TLC shall conduct the Trip Prize Drawings at its headquarters in Austin, TX, in accordance with the drawings schedule determined by the TLC.
A player may not win more than one (1) Trip Prize per TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Trip Prize Drawing. Any Trip Prize Winner who wins more than one (1) Trip Prize may either claim one (1) or more of the additional Trip Prize(s) won (and thereby be responsible for all taxes on all Trip Prizes claimed) or decline to claim any of the additional Trip Prizes. Each Trip Prize the Trip Prize Winner does not claim shall be awarded to an alternate, and the alternate shall be responsible for all taxes on that Trip Prize.

The Texas Lottery® website and Texas Lottery App are the only permissible methods of entry into the TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Promotional Second-Chance Drawings. Entries sent via any other method will be disqualified.
The first time you visit the Texas Lottery Luck Zone Promotional Second-Chance Drawing entry site you will be required to register and set up a personal account. Players must provide a valid Texas address.
Any non-winning Texas Lottery Game #2293 CASH CELEBRATION! scratch ticket is eligible to be entered only once for a chance to win a Trip Prize. Entries from one (1) drawing will not be included in subsequent drawings.
All entries must be submitted from a location within the state of Texas.
Only one (1) winner per entry address, per Drawing.
Entrants are permitted only one (1) active Luck Zone account. If an entrant has more than one (1) active Luck Zone account, all accounts of the entrant are subject to cancellation by the Texas Lottery at the Texas Lottery's sole discretion without advance notice.
If there are not enough unique entries in the entry pool to award all the prizes in a Drawing, some prizes may not be awarded and there may be fewer winners for that particular Drawing.
No cash equivalent of the prizes will be awarded and the prizes are not exchangeable or otherwise transferable.

Entries must be submitted prior to 11:59:59 pm (CT) on the Entry Deadline date to be included in that Drawing.
Drawing Dates may be changed at the sole discretion of the Texas Lottery Commission.
Date changes will be posted on this Drawing Information page. If the game is closed before all scheduled Trip Prize Drawings occur, then all remaining prizes will be awarded in the next scheduled Drawing.
The final Entry Deadline and Drawing Dates for the Trip Prize Drawings will be posted on the Texas Lottery’s website at texaslottery.com and on the Texas Lottery App.
Entries received after the Entry Deadline for the 6th Trip Prize Drawing are not eligible for a TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Promotional Second-Chance Drawing prize.

Neither the Texas Lottery Commission, Imagine Experience, nor Scientific Games nor any of their representative affiliates liaisons, officers, directors, employees, or commissioners shall be responsible to entrants or to any other person for data entry errors resulting from or caused by the entering, keying or mis-keying of the required ticket information by entrants.
Each entrant hereby releases the State of Texas, the Texas Lottery Commission and all of their agents and employees, anyone connected with the Promotion, or employees of Imagine Experience, or employees of Scientific Games, from any and all liability or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Entrant assumes all known and unknown risks in connection therewith. Entrant agrees that entrant will never prosecute or in any way aid in prosecuting any demand, claim or suit against the State of Texas, the Texas Lottery Commission, Imagine Experience, Scientific Games, or any of their agents and employees for any loss, damage or injury to person or property that may occur from any cause whatsoever as a result of taking part in the Promotion.

The following persons are not eligible to enter the TINSELTOWN TAKEOVER™ Promotional Second-Chance Drawings: (1) an officer or employee of Imagine Experience (IE), Scientific Games (SGI), or any other Texas Lottery Commission (TLC) vendor who is directly involved in providing goods or services used in the operation of the lottery; (2) a TLC Commissioner or employee; and (3) a spouse, child, brother, sister, or parent living in the same household in the principal place of residence of a person described in (1) or (2). "Directly involved" means responsible for or actively participating in contract negotiations, contract administration, or contract performance.
Players must be 18 years of age or older.

The TLC, IE, and SGI are permitted to use winners' names, city of residence, and image in any form without compensation.
